What is rod carew stadium?

Rod Carew National Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Panama City, Panama. It is used mostly for baseball games and is the home stadium of the Panama Metro baseball team. The stadium was built in 1999 and has a capacity of 27,000 people. It is named after the legendary Panamanian baseball player, Rod Carew. The stadium hosted games during the 2006 and 2009 World Baseball Classic. It is considered one of the premier sporting venues in Panama.
